2. Service Description

AdShot Pro provides automated ad verification and Proof of Execution (PoE) services through a web platform and browser extension. We do not guarantee 100% detection of all ads on all websites, as ad-serving technologies are constantly evolving.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes or to violate ad network policies.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the AdShot Pro engine.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance. All sales for the "Lifetime Plan" are final unless otherwise stated during the checkout process. Monthly/Yearly plans can be cancelled at any time via the dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

ABSTUNG SOLUTIONS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of advertising revenue or campaign disputes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ABSTUNG SOLUTIONS LTD is registered.
